"Why 'Main Town'? After many successful years in making great pizza in an urban environment, I wanted to move my family out into the country and was looking for new premises in smaller towns such as Enfield. The day I was looking at what became our current location, I met some local teens who showed an interest in a possible new restaurant right in their own neighbourhood. They told me this was the 'main town' area of the village, and they all knew what they meant when they told each other 'Meet ya around main town'! The choice of a name was easy after that!"
